Day 2: Listening & Reading Day
As part of Shiksha Saptah celebration, Day 2 is dedicated to Listening & Reading Day, recognizing the critical importance of Listening & Reading. The activities may be performed by JNV Students of Class VI.
Objective:
Listening & Reading Day will serve as a platform to:
- Raise awareness about the importance of Listening & Reading.
- Showcase successful Listening & Reading initiatives and programs.
- Share best practices and innovative approaches in Listening & Reading.
- Engage educators, parents, and communities in supporting Listening & Reading efforts.
Importance of Listening & Reading:
Listening & Reading skills are the cornerstone of a child’s lifelong educational journey. They are the eyes and ears to understand and appreciate the world and knowledge there in. These skills are essential for :
