A very Good Morning to the respected Principal Sir, Vice Principal Sir, Respected Teachers, and my dear students. As you all are aware that we have assembled today to celebrate a very special moment. That is our farewell. I am extremely thankful to the management and my dear fellow friends for giving me this opportunity of delivering the farewell speech.
While I am excited and enthusiastic to share that we are certified as graduates today, I am also feeling sad that now we have to leave our college. The teachers have been extremely kind and they always supported us throughout our learning phase.
First and foremast, I would like to thank our Principal Sir, Who has always portrayed the image of a highly disciplined personality yet so kind.
The farewell day is the only day where you have got the chance to tell anything to anyone that you had in your heart for a very long time. Let us promise that farewell day is not the last day that you are going to see each other.

Welcome Speech for Farewell
Good [Morning/Afternoon/Evening], everyone. It is with a mix of joy and bittersweet emotion that I stand before you today to welcome you all to this very special occasion – a farewell gathering to honor [name/ the batch/ our colleagues] who are embarking on new journeys.
First and foremost, I’d like to extend a warm welcome to our respected dignitaries, teachers and my dear friends. Thank you for taking the time to join us in celebrating the achievements and contributions of those we bid farewell to today.
Farewells are never easy, as they remind us of the beautiful bonds we’ve formed over time. As we move forward with today’s program, let’s take a moment to celebrate the occasion with enthusiasm and create memories that will last a lifetime.
On behalf of everyone present, I welcome you all once again to this beautiful farewell event. Thank you for being here, and let’s get started !.
Speech on Retirement of Boss
A very good evening to the respected seniors and my dear colleagues.
I welcome you all to this special event which is both bitter and sweet, as our Manager Mr. Vedant Darji is retiring today.
Even though we are sad to bid goodbye to our respected Boss, we are happy that he would now be able to spend his time for his family and friends. Mr. Vedant Darji worked for around 35 years in our organization. He have a great contribution in the growth and expansion of our organization. Let me not miss this opportunity of saying a few words in his honour.
Mr. Darji is known for his commitment and dedication to work. His attitude towards work has always been an inspiration for all of us. During his tenure in the organization, he has touched our lives and brought our the best in us.
Although he is leaving the organization today, the kind of work culture and attitude he has built will stay with us forever. On behalf of our organization I would like to thank you sir for sharing your valuable ideas and opinions with us. This will definitely help us to take our organization to new heights.
I would like to wish you all the luck for the next phase of your life. Now you won’t have to wake up to the sound of your alarm clock and be in a hurry of reaching office on time. You can enjoy your time with your favorite hobbies. May you have a happy retirement.
