Respected Principal Sir, Teachers and My Dear Friends Good Morning to All.

Today I world like to speak few lines about the World Mental Health Day, and I am thankful to you all for giving me this opportunity.

What is mental health ?

Mental Health is something that we all need to talk about and we need to take the stigma away from it. So let’s raise the awareness let’s move and let other move in this journey of illness.

Let’s everybody know it’s okay to have a mental illness and its just a medical name for our various emotion types. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad for sadness feel angry for angerness frustrated for frustration and feeling scared and anxiety for every situation you’re dealing with.

Keeping all this emotion does not make you sick or negative person but it’s make a human and a part of humanity.

What mental health need is more positivity in every bad situation you are going with, be with yourself just keep yourself move on by knowing yourself truly that deep down inside you is a good person and for that you are worthy of a good life.

One small crack does not mean that you are broken in the journey of this life. Just find a lesson to move on and just move on we all have a wide range of emotions but the winner is one who knows how to deal with this emotions and believe me you can be the winner of this race.

Think positive and bring that positiveness everywhere, in every situation you are with. Always think if there is no struggle there is no progress no change and there will be no life.We live in a world where everyone is busy with their own emotions but feeling your own feelings will not lead depression.

No one teaches us how to leave in a state of happiness. When you first choose to develop yourself as a priority and then you choose the other stuff as your second priority. Take out a thought a believe to feel yourself worthy take out every day to work on you.

Happiness can be found even in the darkenss but only remember to turn on the light.Start making healthy choice which is not just healthy for your body but healthy from your mind. Change your thoughts and it will change your life. Don’t see where you are now but just think where you want to be.

Start from today, how to deal with stress choose a healthy life help to build a sense of belonging and self worth, give yourself an opportunity to share positiveness to other. Connect with other good people and take their emotional support spend our time with your family members.

Do exercise, meditation to stay healthy and fit from your mind. Do all this and you see the change in your life. Always remember your illness does not define you but your strength and courage will define you.
